Domestic Orders

Orders dispatch at 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and tracking information is normally sent out by 5pm that day.

Orders to the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail estimate that Tracked 24 will arrive the next working day and Tracked 48 takes two working days. These are estimated delivery times and not guarantees. Sometimes there are delays with Royal Mail.

We are not responsible for delivery issues where the address entered at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

International Orders

European orders will be shipped by DPD. Orders to Europe will be charged import duty (VAT) and an €18 admin fee that is paid to DPD directly.

Please note that any import duties are the customer's responsibility.
