Returns & Refund Policy: TCGCOV LTD

1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us if you wish to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the item to us.

  • Condition: For a full refund, items must be returned in original, factory-sealed condition.

  • TCG Exception: We cannot accept returns on any Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, or Yu-Gi-Oh! products where the factory shrink-wrap or seal has been broken, tampered with, or removed. This includes individual booster packs.

  • Return Shipping: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service (such as Royal Mail Tracked 48).

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we take great care in packing your orders, we know accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please notify us within 14 days of receipt via our [Contact Page] or email.

  • We require photographic evidence of the damaged item and the outer shipping packaging before we can process a replacement or refund.

  • If a replacement is unavailable due to stock levels, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pre-Orders
Many of our products are sold as Pre-Orders.

  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time up until 48 hours before the official release date.

  • Within 48 hours of release, the order is processed for shipping and our standard return policy applies.

4. Japanese / Special Condition Items

  • "Unshrinked" Boxes: If you purchase an item clearly listed as "Unshrinked" or "Box Break," these are non-returnable as the factory seal was known to be absent at the time of purchase.

  • Minor Cosmetic Wear: Please note that minor corner dings or small tears in shrink-wrap (where clearly noted in the product description, such as our "Side Tear" stock) do not qualify as "damaged" for a full refund.

5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@tcgcov.uk with your order number.

  • Once approved, please include a note inside your parcel with your Name and Order Number.

6. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected (to ensure seals are intact), we will process your refund within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
